The C.F. Maier Group announces the acquisition of the renowned Jaksche Kunststofftechnik. With this strategic acquisition, C.F. Maier further expands its product portfolio and strengthens its position in a growing market.
Jaksche Kunststofftechnik has been a pioneer and innovator in the field of plastics processing for over 50 years. With state-of-the-art production facilities, high quality standards and an experienced team, the company has built up an excellent reputation. Jaksche Kunststofftechnik offers a wide range of products and customized solutions for various industries, including the construction, agricultural machinery and rail vehicle industries. As part of the transaction, both Jaksche Kunststofftechnik GmbH, based in St. Andrä, Austria, and Jaksche Technology d.o.o., based in Aleksandrovac (Bosnia-Herzegovina), will be acquired.
