The exterior cladding for construction machinery is manufactured using the RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) process, which ensures a high surface quality. For smaller quantities, we also use the hand laminate process, which is particularly suitable due to low tooling costs and shorter lead times and offers us flexibility in meeting specific customer requirements.

Polyurethane components for the interior

We use polyurethane foam for the interior fittings of construction machinery, such as seats or control panel cladding. These components are both robust and lightweight, which helps to improve the overall efficiency of the machines. They also have a noise-insulating effect. Our polyurethane components, which are manufactured using the RIM process, can easily be fitted with inserts, such as metal reinforcements or fastening elements. In addition, the use of tools with a photo-etched surface ensures a textured, grained look, which means that additional surface treatment is possible but not absolutely necessary.
