We manufacture a variety of components that are specifically tailored to the requirements of the industry, including large-format structural parts, housings and covers.
Components for mechanical and apparatus engineering - precision, resilience and efficiency
High-quality materials and efficient manufacturing processes
Our components are made of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GRP) and polyurethane (PUR). These materials offer decisive advantages such as low weight, high mechanical strength and resistance to chemicals and weathering. GRP is particularly characterized by its corrosion resistance and dimensional stability, which ensures a long service life for the components. Polyurethane also enables the production of robust components with excellent insulating properties, which are ideal for applications with thermal insulation, such as in technical systems or machine housings.
For large-scale cladding elements in mechanical engineering, we use the hand-laminating process, in which components are made from GRP. For smaller housing parts, we use PUR, which impresses with its cold-insulating properties and the ability to foam inserts such as fixing points. We also use other manufacturing processes, including the vacuum expansion process (VEX) and the deep-drawing process. The VEX process ensures precise shaping and at the same time offers high insulation performance. The hand laminating process is particularly suitable for large-surface cladding elements, while PUR is ideal for smaller housing parts that have to fulfill cold-insulating functions or special requirements for electronic shielding, for example by coating them with copper conductive lacquer.
Customization and integration for individual requirements
Our components for mechanical and apparatus engineering can be specifically adapted to the requirements of the respective application. This includes the integration of functional elements such as fixing points, feedthroughs and reinforcements made of metal or plastic. The integration of electronic components or sensors is also possible in order to meet the functional requirements of modern machines.
We also offer a comprehensive range of additional services that enable the components to be fully processed. These include gluing in glass, attaching seals and applying soundproofing materials. Surface finishing by painting or coating can also be carried out on request in order to meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
