Flexible production processes for outer skin parts

For smaller quantities, we use the wet pressing process or hand laminate technology. For outer skin parts, we increasingly rely on the SMC process (Sheet Molding Compound), which is particularly advantageous as it enables the seamless integration of fastening elements such as threaded bolts. This process also offers tight dimensional tolerances, excellent paintability and low production costs.

Weight savings through the vacuum expansion process

With the vacuum expansion process (VEX) , we achieve significant weight savings in our GRP components. The components are manufactured in a sandwich construction with PUR foam cores. This ensures excellent thermal insulation and additional noise reduction. Thanks to the use of gelcoat, the surface quality of the parts manufactured using the VEX process is so high that repainting is not necessary in most cases. However, we can also paint or prime the parts in special colors on request.

Interior fittings made from polyurethane

We also manufacture truck interiors, such as dashboards - optionally from polyurethane, completely ready for installation, i.e. including all necessary fastening elements and ready for immediate installation. These molded parts can either be back-foamed or subsequently painted in order to achieve an optimum surface quality. We offer polyurethane molded parts manufactured using the RIM process for small, medium and large series, allowing us to respond flexibly to the different requirements of our customers.
