Ambulances

To maximize the available space in ambulances, we manufacture high roofs that are specifically tailored to the needs of ambulances. Our solutions also include the integration of special components, such as front adapters for blue light bars or blue light hoods, to increase visibility and safety during emergency operations and improve the operational readiness of the vehicles.

Forklift trucks

We manufacture polyurethane foam (PUR) trim parts for forklift truck interiors using the RIM process. These parts, such as seat linings and control panel covers, are characterized by their robustness and low weight, which leads to improved manoeuvrability of the vehicle and greater comfort for the operator. They offer a high load-bearing capacity and can easily be supplemented with inserts such as metal reinforcements to increase the durability and functionality of the components.

Snow groomers

We develop specially adapted cabin linings for snow groomers. To improve the insulating properties, we use the vacuum expansion process, in which a PUR foam core is integrated into a sandwich structure. This technique ensures excellent insulation and enables the integration of elements such as antenna grids, which improve the vehicles' communication capabilities and ensure a stable radio connection. We also use the VA-RTM process (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) to produce heavy-duty trim parts that can also contain bonded metal anchors.
